Parker 51 Signet Vintage Pen

This is a 1947 Parker 51 Signet Aerometric-fill 3-Piece set in 1/10 12K Rolled-Gold (UK made; “Rolled-Gold” is their name for “Gold-Filled). All three pieces in “5-converging line” pattern. Medium nib. A few minor scratches 1″ up from the bottom of the barrel from posting the cap. Otherwise near mint+ with no signs of use or ink anywhere, in original form-fitted box. Item #215 in Catalog #84.

Parker 51 Red Band Vintage Pen

This is a 1946 Parker 51 RED BAND button-fill in Black with Brushed Lustraloy (stainless steel) cap. Very rare filler mechanism, made only in 1946-7! Shown open so you can see the button. This is the later version, with aluminum blind cap threads (the earlier version has plastic threads). Parker 51 Vintage Pen & Pencil Set

This 1945 pen and pencil are both Parker 51s. The fountain pen is a 51 Vacumatic-fill in Cordovan Brown. 1/10 16K G/F Cap with Pinstripe Panels and Chevron band. User grade; some color fading on the barrel and shell, otherwise near mint. The saving grace is the wonderful extra-smooth, medium nib! A great user grade writer. Matching 1945 Parker 51 twist-activated pencil in Cordovan Brown. Items #212 and #213 in Catalog #84.

Omas Pagliero Plevonia Vintage Fountain Pen

This 1935 Omas Pagliero is a Plevonia button filler in Khaki Green Laminated (Parker Vacumatic look-a-like), set off with Black ends. Pagliero was founded 1917 in Settimo Torinese, Italy and made buttons and other celluloid items. Their fountain pen production started in the mid-1920s. By the 30s they produced only pens. Hutcheon #4 Vintage Fountain Pen

This vintage fountain pen is a 1925 Hutcheon in a #4 size – it is a lever-filler in Red Mottled Hard Rubber. Hutcheon was founded around 1915 in Brooklyn, NY to manufacture mechanical pencils and fountain pens. One brother, Alfred, had worked for Mabie Todd (NYC) for almost 20 years, so it is no surprise that Hutcheon pens and mechanical pencils are Mabie Todd look-a-likes.
