This is a 1946 Parker 51 RED BAND button-fill in Black with Brushed Lustraloy (stainless steel) cap. Very rare filler mechanism, made only in 1946-7! Shown open so you can see the button. This 1945 pen and pencil are both Parker 51s. The fountain pen is a 51 Vacumatic-fill in Cordovan Brown. 1/10 16K G/F Cap with Pinstripe Panels and Chevron band. User grade; some color fading on the barrel and shell, otherwise near mint. The saving grace is the wonderful extra-smooth, medium nib! A great user grade writer. This 1935 Omas Pagliero is a Plevonia button filler in Khaki Green Laminated (Parker Vacumatic look-a-like), set off with Black ends. Pagliero was founded 1917 in Settimo Torinese, Italy and made buttons and other celluloid items. Their fountain pen production started in the mid-1920s. By the 30s they produced only pens.
