Parker Duofold Ink Well Desk Set

Take a look at this great 1935 Parker Duofold button-filler fountain pen and ink well desk set!

The base is incredible, in bronzed metal, and has the factory imprint ”PARKER DUOFOLD” on the bottom front. It measures 13 ½” x 7″ x 2″, with a slanted face, an ornate die stamped floral design, and surface storage compartments. The trumpet is black hard rubber.

The base originally held a daily calendar. As that is dated, it is now re-purposed to hold note paper, correctly die cut and hole punched to fit perfectly – ideal for one’s desk, for taking notes-to-go. It is supplied with ~500 sheets already. Don’t worry about refills, contact information for obtaining refills in white or an alternate color of your choice will be provided along.

There is a choice of four pens (two bases and four pens), all with black tapers:

Cardinal – fine or medium
Black – medium
Jade – medium/broad (some discoloration)

The ornate foliate stopper on the upper left seals a fairly large ink well built into the base of the desk set. This desk set with black hard rubber inkwell stopper and matching, knurled screw caps hold the paper in place. Near mint.
