The Oldwin Pen Company was started in Paris in 1930 by Boris Mora, who traveled the country selling his pens. In 1976 his son, Andre, took over the business and continues to manufacture and sell Oldwin pens in his modern pen shop in Paris. Medium nib. New-old-stock. Mint in box. It was preceded by the “520” and succeeded by the “520NN.” Not perfect, but a wonderful example. Minor wear to the cap and barrel noticeable with a loop, and the cap-top has a few pinpoint dings and one dent. Unrestored, with signs of ink having gotten past the piston gasket. Nib imprinted “OF.”
