Waterman 0312 ½ Secretary

Waterman 0312 ½ Cone Cap (slip cap) filigree half-overlay dropper filling fountain pen. Pristine pen in beautiful condition. Red wax in cap holes and butt end number. In our opinion this pen was never inked. Proper, sharp, fully imprinted cap as expected on half covered waterman overlays. Pristine overlay, no engravings, no dents. Finding a proper half cover Waterman overlay secretary is difficult. This is the nicest example of this pen we have ever seen.
