The process starts here, with your request that we assess your item for a potential restoration; the fee charged helps cover shipping both ways and our time to expertly assess your pen’s condition and the prospects for repair.

To begin the repair process, fill out the form below. We’ll reply with any additional questions we have, then we’ll provide an estimate and shipping instructions. When your repair is complete, we’ll let you know; once you remit the balance due, we’ll send your repaired items back to you.

Repairs are guaranteed for one year from the date you receive your repaired pen.
