Pen Repair Request

We restore a wide variety of pen types, both vintage and modern, to the highest standards. The process starts here, with your request that we assess your item for a potential restoration; the fee charged helps cover shipping both ways and our time to expertly assess your pen’s condition and the prospects for repair.

When you put down your non-refundable repair deposit here, you’ll receive a prepaid mailing label via email that you can use to send in your item for assessment. If your pen is repairable, we will provide a work order with a firm price, including a credit for your deposit; if you approve the work order, we will proceed with the repair; if you decline the service, we will return your pen to you.
