The Oldwin Pen Company was started in Paris in 1930 by Boris Mora, who traveled the country selling his pens. This eventually evolved into the still famous Parker 75. The glass cartridge-fill unit was designed for this pen, but unfortunately the glass was prone to breakage, so the model only lasted 2 years. It was preceded by the “520” and succeeded by the “520NN.” Not perfect, but a wonderful example. Minor wear to the cap and barrel noticeable with a loop, and the cap-top has a few pinpoint dings and one dent. Unrestored, with signs of ink having gotten past the piston gasket. Nib imprinted “OF.”
